Refund policy

Return & Exchange

 Customers may return or exchange items within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that:
 The item is in its original, unused condition.
 There are no scratches or visible signs of wear.
 The original tag and all packaging/accessories are included.
 Proof of purchase is provided (order number).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, the company will cover all return costs, and the customer may choose either a refund or an exchange.

Exceptions
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if:
 The item has been used improperly or against the care instructions.
 The item has been damaged or poorly stored after delivery.
 The original tag has been removed or replaced.
 The return request exceeds the permitted time frame.
